Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return Window

All other returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns are managed through our self-serve returns portal.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Log in to your customer account using the email you placed your order with.
    You can access your account via the Account menu on our website or directly here: account.bamboolicious.com.au
  • Select the order you’d like to return
  • Follow the prompts to submit your return request

Return Conditions

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please try on panties over your own underwear to ensure the fit; items showing any signs of wear cannot be returned, except for the first worn pair covered by our Happiness Guarantee. 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we’ve made a mistake or your item is faulty, we’ll of course take care of return shipping for you.

 

Refunds

Approved returns are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Please note that initial shipping costs and return postage fees are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. 

If you’d like a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order — this ensures the quickest turnaround and availability.

 

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at returns@bamboolicious.com.au before submitting a return.

We’re happy to arrange a repair or replacement if the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds are only issued if we’re unable to repair or replace the item.
